Terms are quoted on a weekly basis

A firm booking will be made on receipt of the initial deposit when written confirmation of the booking will be sent to you.

In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let; any sums paid will be returned to you. If the property cannot be re-let you will be liable to pay the full cost of rental (i.e. deposit plus balance).

The accommodation may not be sub-let.

The period of let starts at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00am on the day of departure.

The Proprietor will accept no responsibility for any accident or damage to property or losses occurring on the premises or any accident or injury not caused through the fault of the Proprietor.
